COMMUNITY INTERACTION

A significant, collaborative Interactive session was hosted at Indian Association Sharjah Community Hall on Friday, 9th Feb. 2024 in which Shri Muktesh Kumar Pardeshi, Secretary (Consular, Passport, Visa & OIA), Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India and the Consul general Sri. Satish Kumar Sivan led the session where the representatives of major Indian associations addressed the challenges faced by Indian expatriates in Sharjah and Northern Emirates. The collaborative effort between the Indian associations and the Consulate proved fruitful, as representatives actively engaged with officials, presenting their grievances, and participating in constructive dialogue. The Consulate and the Secretary, in turn, expressed their dedication to finding practical solutions and pledged to work towards alleviating the difficulties faced by the Indian expatriate community.
